FWIW, that paint peeling appears to be the result of poor adhesion/surface treatment. I'd wager that motor pot missed out on a de-greasing/cleaning step along the way.

If the cone part numbers are not apparent you MUST ask for them.
There's a number visible on the one with peeling paint. Can't make out what it is, but it doesn't look like 20598.
